This is home. Our shop is here, and we're in Old Torrance, Walteria, and the north and south ends of town just about every day.

From the older bungalows in Hollywood Riviera to the townhomes packed into North Redondo, we handle repairs and repipes on both sides of town — plus the businesses around King Harbor.

Tight lots, narrow alleys, and a lot of remodeled 1920s cottages near The Strand and the Pier. We're used to working in small spaces without making a mess of your place.

Whether it's a rebuilt three-story on The Strand, a family home in Liberty Village, or a restaurant downtown, we treat the finishes with care and clean up before we leave.

Malaga Cove, Lunada Bay, Valmonte, Montemalaga — a lot of these houses still have their original cast iron and clay sewer laterals. We camera the line first, then talk options.

Plenty of postwar homes in Bodger Park and Ramona are on original galvanized supply lines. Low pressure, rusty water, pinhole leaks — we've fixed all of it around here.

We're a few minutes away, north or south. Single-family homes, duplexes, and the shops along the Hawthorne Boulevard corridor all get the same flat-rate price.

Drain cleaning, water heaters, and sewer work for homes and small businesses from North Gardena down to the Western Avenue corridor. Same rate at midnight as at noon.

Lots of light industrial and commercial work here alongside the houses in Carson Park and Dolphin Park. We're set up for grease traps and big drain lines as well as kitchen sinks.
